By creating an account or using UniXT, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

UniXT provides:

• A platform connecting students with universities worldwide
• Application management and submission services
• AI-powered admission assistance and guidance
• Document management and verification tools
• Communication tools between students and universities

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not share your account credentials

3.2 Account Types

• Student Accounts: For individuals applying to universities
• University Accounts: For educational institutions managing applications
• Admin Accounts: For platform administrators

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information in applications
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Interfere with other users' access to the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.1 Student Responsibilities

• Ensure all application information is accurate and truthful
• Submit all required documents in the specified format
• Meet application deadlines set by universities
• Pay applicable application fees

5.2 UniXT's Role

UniXT acts as a facilitator between students and universities. We do not guarantee admission to any university. Final admission decisions are made solely by the universities.

6.1 UniXT's IP

All content, features, and functionality on UniXT (including text, graphics, logos, software) are owned by UniXT and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By uploading content, you grant UniXT a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

• Application fees are set by individual universities
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8.1 Service "As Is"

UniXT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniXT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
